The accommodation is attractive, clean and comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay. The separate kitchenette was handy for making tea and a simple breakfast and we enjoyed sitting out on the decking area in the sunshine with nice views of the surrounding countryside. The property was conveniently located for walking into the centre of Brockenhurst.
A full-length mirror would be useful, and if we were there longer we may have struggled with the small size of the wardrobe. As others have noted, the accommodation is very close to a railway line so there is a lot of train noise, however we didn't find this too intrusive and earplugs allowed us to sleep well.
