Very good location as a base to explore the New Forest and plenty of restaurants cafes & bars within 10 minute walk. Accommodation in quiet suburb. Train station very close with many destination options for a day trip. Direct frequent trains to and from London, which was ideal for us.

The room was light and airy with a distinct sleeping area. It has a lovely outside area screened off from the rest of the garden that catches the sun in the morning so is perfect from breakfast. The separate utility area has enough equipment to make simple meals and a large fridge for storage. The hosts had provided milk and were really friendly and helpful. It was located perfectly to walk into Brockenhurst for dinner and drinks and was is an easy drive to explore other areas of the New Forest.

Perfect for a couple with young children. Very tight for 4 adults. It’s one room which allows 4 people to sleep!!!
There’s a outside kitchen - which is part of the garage
If you need anything from the kitchen you have to leave your room - go outside into the open. It’s fine if not raining.
