The apartment is really nice and the bathroom is big and it was clean. You also have a terrace area or balcony. There is also a common area with a kitchen and coffee facilities. It's about 20 minutes walking from the centre.

The swimming pool could be cleaner

Had a great stay! The room was clean and facilities were good! Free bicycles were a awesome bonus. It is a bit further from the centre but we were not bothered. Refregirator, tv, coffer machine and big bathroom were good plus!

Room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. It was modern, and had lovely touches -- coffee maker in the room with everything for making coffee, packaged cookies, a hair dryer, outdoor patio with private hammock. Fruit trees, swimming pool, and lovely patio and garden area, with a wall surrounding the property for privacy and safety. Everything was as advertised and very quiet.

Checkin was a problem. The door to the property was locked when we arrived at 7:30pm (19:30). All the lights were out. We knocked and waited several times with no answer. We walked around the neighborhood and found a auto repair facility, and we asked them for help. They called the property owner and got the gate code and our room number for us. We tipped the repair man 25 pesos for his help and then let ourselves into the property and into our room.

We loved our stay here. The owner is very hospitable. The place is very clean. It is suitable for longer stay as it has washing machine, bikes you can use, kitchenette near terace and etc. I would recommend this place for explorers who would like to feel authentic Tulum. For those, who want to go to beach clubs and parties it is better to choose place which is more close to beach.
