Ein sehr ordentliches, sauberes, solides und gut geführtes Hotel
Die Unterkunft erfüllte weitestgehend unsere Erwartungen. Sie zeichnete sich durch ihre ordentliche, saubere und funktionale Einrichtung aus. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Das Zimmer ist funktional und sauber eingerichtet. Es gab genügend Stauraum für unsere Sachen. Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert. Die Betten sind bequem und das Bad ist gut ausgestattet. Das Fenster ist zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und weiter entfernt von der belebten Innenstadt Kölns. In Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis könnte man durchaus eine Diskussion anstoßen, da wir der Ansicht sind, dass es sich im oberen Bereich befand. Dennoch ist es noch akzeptabel, insbesondere für Köln und ein Wochenende. Zum Frühstück können wir keine Aussage treffen, da wir es vorgezogen haben, außerhalb zu frühstücken. Insgesamt handelt sich um ein sehr ordentliches, sauberes, solides und gut geführtes Hotel, das angenehme Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit von der Hektik der Großstadt bieten kann. 👍🏼
Allerdings waren wir doch enttäuscht, dass der Übernachtungspreis höher ausfiel als erwartet. Besonders unangenehm empfanden wir die zusätzlichen Kosten für den Parkplatz in Höhe von 17,50 EUR pro Nacht sowie die 5%ige Touristenabgabe, die auch auf den Parkplatz berechnet wurde. Bei booking.com hatten wir jedoch eine andere Information bezüglich der Verfügbarkeit von kostenlosen privaten Parkplätzen erhalten. Wir werden uns diesbezüglich an anderer Stelle wenden, da der Hotelbesitzer uns seine maßgebliche Sichtweise erläutert hat. Ein weiteres, die Gestaltung der Fensterverdunkelung könnte noch optimiert werden.
