Holiday Home La Colle du Turc by Interhome

The property itself served us well as a group of 10 girls, we had what we needed in terms of kitchen, bathroom and pool space. The outdoor terrace and pool were great and having three bathrooms was great. We didn’t have a car so we did have to get taxis everywhere. There wasn’t a walkable shop near by, very hilly as well so any shops close would have been a struggle to walk to in high June heat.

I found the service by interhome the most dissapointing. We had to pay extra for linen and towels on top of the property price and then we had to collect the linen and the keys about 15 mins drive away from the property but our own linen on. This is very disappointing. We were told we couldn’t check in earlier than 4 because the cleaners have between 10-4pm to clean the villa but I’m not sure what they clean because we had to strip our own beds, remove all garbage, clean the kitchen, shut all the shutters all so we didn’t get charge extra €30 per item. The place to collect the keys was a nightmare to find and took us an hour in uber in what should have been a 15 min journey. We were told we had to drop back the keys and linen on checkout, then were told we didn’t have to as long as we met the cleaners on checkout and then the cleaners almost wouldn’t accept the keys and linen. The service overall is really disappointing. I would not book a home with interhome again.
