A great place, we love Klung Muang Beach which is about 800m away, but a nice walk.
Its a small place and perhaps a little more cramped outdoors than I envisaged. However it had everything you needed, including a microwave in the little kitchen area of the room. There was also a small common room, open 24 hrs that had toasters, microwave, and crockery. There was also tea and coffee.
The room was a little dark, the walls are the dark concrete effect, but it was okay. For us, we were right near the 24hr common room which meant the light was on all night, so not great.
I would recommend for a great location, clean rooms and helpful friendly staff.
Not much really, just the light outside our room

Good location: not far from Klong Muang beach. Restaurants very closely. Shops also not far. Good place for staying 1-3 nights. Not small rooms, clean.
Can improve owners reaction. Sometimes they don't answer, or need wait for long time for answers: finally you can already make another decision, because you doesn't want wait till they response. Maybe they should more respect their guests. Or maybe they are busy with other things. But this is small issue. Hotel for 1-2 nights.
