Elegant & tranquil, newly remodeled in a charming contemporary & classic blend style. Historic Victorian smoke-free home a 10-12 minute walk to the ski gondola or the town center. Large private yard for summer enjoyment or winter snowman making. Great view of Aspen Mountain through mature trees. 3000 sq. ft. on three levels Gourmet fully equipped kitchen with marble surfaces, Sub Zero fridge, Wolf 6 burner gas stove & oven, large convection microwave, walk in pantry with additional kitchen sink, additional dishwasher, and laundry. Beautiful soapstone wood burning stove set on slate and surrounded by wide plank white oak flooring on the main level. All bathrooms have full marble surfaces with soothing in-floor radiant heat. Master bath has two sinks, very large bathtub and separate steam shower. Second upper bath has restored 1930's cast iron tub. 3rd and 4th baths have full marble showers. Gas fireplace in master bedroom. LCD flat screen TV's w/ DVD players throughout. WiFi. PRIVATE OUTDOOR HOT TUB!

Cute clean lots of appliances. Anything you would ever need Alan was so kind and so nice if you texted him about anything immediately you heard back from him. Enjoyed my stay wish I could’ve stayed longer and all my guest were pleased.

The host was so helpful and everything was very easy. We had a group of 7 including 4 young kids and the house was a great setup for us and close to everything. Great experience!

it was our third Thanks Giving celebration in Aspen and first one we stayed in a house on the other side of the river. Itnis a beautiful and quier part of town we didnt know before very close to several trails. The house was very tidy and clean, beds are very confortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had a great time at Alan's place.
