About this house rental
A beautiful house recently renovated, located 45 minutes from the futuroscope, 1 hour from La Rochelle. The Puy du Fou is at 1:45 am by highway. The Poitevin marshes will welcome you for beautiful boat trips. The region offers you beautiful walks in the forest on foot or by bike.
In a quiet setting in the countryside you will find a house of 100 m² and a fenced garden of 2500 m².
The house includes a large living dining room equipped with a corner sofa flat screen, stereo and a dining area.
You have at your disposal free wifi access.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine ...).
You will find 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom.
3 rooms are at your disposal:
- a master suite with a 180 by 200 bed (sheet provided) with its shower room
- 1 bedroom with a 160 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
Baby equipment (high chair, bath, potty, cot ...) is available on request.
Wifi access at your disposal
To make the most of your vacation, a veranda is at your disposal with table and garden chairs as well as a barbecue.
A parking lot to park your vehicle is available.
You will find the 1st shops 10 min from the rental, (supermarket, bakery, swimming pool etc ...)

Séjour agréable au calme, à la campagne. Repos absolu. Dommage, l'annonce ne précise pas qu'il y a aussi un appartement à louer au sous-sol. Heureusement pour nous, il était libre pendant notre semaine de location. Et les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin sans restriction.

La maison est située dans un endroit calme, reposant. Elle est bien aménagée et comprend tout le nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Le jardin clôturé permet aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité.
Très bien située pour visiter la région :
Poitiers, le marais poitevin, la vallée des singes, terre de dragons, la forêt de Saint-Sauvant.
La base de loisirs de Vauchiron située à 5 minutes en voiture est parfaite pour les enfants. Un chouette endroit !
On ne connaissait pas la Vienne. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. N'hésitez pas à séjourner dans cette maison !
