Cocoonr is offering this cottage for rent in the village of Chalandray, featuring a shared swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. It measures 60 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
– A 25 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining area
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
– A bathroom (with shower and toilet)

Upstairs:
– Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron.

Outdoors:
– A shared swimming pool with the neighbouring holiday home (for 2 people), heated, measuring 9.5 x 4.5 m, open from 1 June to 30 September. It is secured by a gate.
– A shared hot tub that can accommodate up to 5 people, accessible all year round.
– A shared sauna area, open all year round from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 18.30.
– A shared, unfenced garden of 500 m², with a trampoline, swing and chicken coop.
– A 25 m² terrace, facing south and furnished so you can make the most of sunny days.

The cottage is ideally situated in Chalandray, in a very peaceful and pleasant setting, in the heart of the countryside and close to the river. There is a large supermarket in the village of Chalandray (3 minutes’ drive away), as well as shops, restaurants and bars (20 minutes’ drive away).

Things to do:
- Amusement parks (Futuroscope, Puy du Fou)
- Marais Poitevins
- The towns of Parthenay and Poitiers

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 4 to 5 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway stations: Chalandray, approximately 2 km away, and Poitiers, approximately 28 km away
- Nearest airport: Poitiers-Biard, 30 km away
