We had a lovely week long family holiday in this gorgeous villa. Fabulous welcome from Isabelle and James with excellent communication. Very well equiped with plenty of space for everyone. Air conditioning very much appreciated during the heat of summer. Every thing about this villa is lovely, especially the pool area. If visiting Saint Paul de Venice, it is best to drive (although not always easy to get a park) as walking will take you a good 30-40 minutes up hill on a very busy road with no footpath. A local supermarket and bakery is only 5mins drive down the hill.

We had a wonderful week at Isabelle’s lovely house. All the mod cons, a bathroom each. The outdoor setup is fantastic, outside barbee, wonderful table, chairs in so many spots and the best pool for us. Had sundowners in the master bedroom balcony to watch the sunset. It’s less than 2 miles to St Paul de Vence walled village, which is well worth a visit. Do see the Folon chapel next door to the church. Also a quick drive to Matisse chapel in Vence and Renoir house in Nice. Took a day to go to the Rothschild house and Monaco. But a Tully would have been happy to stay in the house all week!!

This property was very spacious, spotlessy clean and very well equipped for our family of 6 adults. We decided not to hire a car and had no problem using Ubers for travelling to Nice, Cagnes-sur-mer and St Paul de Vence. We found we could walk to the local bakery and supermarket, there it is a moderate climb on the way back but we regarded this as our daily exercise to offset the patisserie purchases! Isabelle and Marc have been very helpful answering my questions before our stay and welcoming us to the villa in person to show us around. I especially found the practical extras like bin bags and dishwasher tablets being available very helpful as I know from previous experience this isnt always the case. The many seating areas and beautiful pool area meant, as 3 couples, we always had plenty of space to ourselves. Our family agreed this had been the best villa we have stayed in!

We stayed in Isabelles lovely house for a week - and we could have stayed there for a lot longer. The house and the pool is better than the pictures. The house was clean and well maintained. Big recomendations from us - we would love to come back,

Beautiful house in a stunning location with everything you could wish for. Isabelle and Marc always on hand if you need anything. Spent most days lazing round the pool, moving around all the different chairs for sun and shade, bbq in the evenings. Strolled down to the local bakery most days or the large supermarket. Bit of a climb back but absolutely manageable. Ten to fifteen minute drive to the beaches and towns on the coast Will definitely be back

The house was better than expected from the photos. Isabelle and her family built a little paradise. She was also very helpful at any time of the day with answers on questions we had. We loved to stay at the pool on hot days and have a barbecue, discover villages (when temperatures were lower) and of course see the famous Côte d'Azur and their cities Nice and Cannes. The house itself was very clean and tidy, there were enough possibilities to sleep or shower and the kitchen was well equipped. All in all you feel at home in their home. As there is no cleaning inbetween a two weeks stay you have to hoover, clean or change sheets if you desire. We would always recommend this house for your holidays!

Others have said this but the pictures do NOT do this place justice. The property is completely renovated and beautiful! Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which 1. Is so convenient for multiple people/couples and 2. Quite rare in France. The garden is a paradise with various levels to eat, bbq, chill at the pool and play in the massive garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need and we loved cooking fresh dinners and eating in the patio. The supermarket is 2 minutes away as well as a wonderful local bakery. It’s also close to the airport which helps you maximize your time here! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week holiday at Isabelle and Marc's villa. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, very comfortable, tastefully furnished, and is centrally located to many nice shops and restaurants. The highlight has to be the large pool and gardens with its many seating areas, ideal for relaxing after a busy day visiting the charming hilltop villages, or nearby Nice, Cannes and Antibes. Isabelle and Marc are such lovely hosts who made our stay so comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return next summer.

Grâce à l’accueil si chaleureux d’Isabelle et à la superbe maison riante et colorée qu’elle nous a ouverte, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette demeure à La Colle sur loup, proche de St Paul de Vence, et nous avons passé de très beaux moments en famille. Cuisine moderne, généreuse piscine et terrasse, adorables chambres avec tout le confort nécessaire à des parents âgés. Le prêt d’équipement complet de plage, et le cadeau d’un bon rosé du terroir ont apporté ce petit plus dont on se souviendra.

We have just returned from a fantastic two weeks at Isabelle’s home. Isabelle was there to meet us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the villa and its facilities and was happy to help us throughout our stay if we had any queries. There was plenty of room for our family – two adults and two children aged 17 and 20 – and the facilities in the villa, together with the pool and garden, ensured we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The property is well-designed and has plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and the kitchen is well-stocked with glasses, cutlery, plates etc. The master bedroom suite is extremely spacious and the veranda off this bedroom is very large and has amazing views of the surrounding area. Each bedroom and bathroom has its own style/quirkiness (there are 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet in the property).There are various areas to sit or lounge around in by the pool giving both sun or shade, depending upon your preference, and plenty of comfortable sunbeds and chairs.The villa is conveniently situated for visiting surrounding towns and cities. The train from Cagnes-sur-Mer takes you along the coast with numerous stops. We bought day tickets for the four of us for €31 and managed to visit both Monaco and Cannes in one day – great value for money and so much quicker and easier than driving! There is plenty of parking at the station.We would definitely recommend this villa.

A 5 minute walk away is a really wonderful boulangerie and a large LeClerc supermarket which has everything you could possibly need. The nearby newly built Polygon shopping centre has cinema, shops and restaurants. Day trips - we visited Nice, St Paul-de-Vence, Antibes and Juan Les Pins (for sandy beaches). Also Cagnes Sur Mer is 5 mins away by car, the beach is pebbly but has some nice restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

We have just returned from an incredible two week stay at this gorgeous villa. The photos do not do it justice, even though it looks very impressive - the reality is even better. Thank you to Isabelle, Marc and family for making our stay so comfortable. The property was spotlessly clean and had plenty of everything you might need and more for the holiday, such as towels, utensils etc. We loved the pool and the outside space. Chairs everywhere for comfort and wonderful air conditioning inside. There was so much to do in the local area of course and this house is ideally situated for going out and about. Isabelle was very attentive to any query and even dropped me and my daughter to the airport at the end of our stay. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you so much! Les photos ne lui rendent pas justice, même si elles ont l'air très impressionnantes - la réalité est encore meilleure. La propriété était impeccablement propre et avait beaucoup de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et plus encore pour les vacances, comme des serviettes, des utensiles, etc. Nous avons adoré la piscine et l'espace extérieur. Des chaises partout pour le confort et une merveilleuse climatisation à l'intérieur. Il y avait tellement de choses à faire dans la région bien sûr et cette maison est idéalement située pour sortir et se rendre. Isabelle a été très attentive à toute question et nous a même déposés, moi et ma fille, à l'aéroport à la fin de notre séjour. Je ne saurais trop recommander cette propriété. Merci beaucoup !

We had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped, cosy, and spacious house with a large garden and multiple terrasses and not least a perfectly sized pool. We did not miss anything and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. The house it located in a very scenic landscape next to St-Paul-de-Vence and close to the airport and the Mediterranean Sea.

A wonderful and clean villa in excellent condition. Beautiful pool area and garden. Our host Isabelle was always helpful, easy to contact and had great advice for the area such as restaurants or beaches. The location is perfect and easy to reach from the airport in less than 30 minutes. A big supermarket is just around the corner, even in walking distance. Beautiful beaches all around, reachable in less than an hour. We very much enjoyed our trips to nearby Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Saint-Jeannet and the Chateau in Cagnes-sur-Mer, but we were always thankful and happy to return to this fantastic Villa and its pool in the summer heat. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a BBQ outside and a nice place to sit and eat in the evenings. We had a perfect time thanks to this awesome place and the wonderful hosts.

A wonderful villa

A wonderful villa

The villa is perfectly located a few kilometers from St Paul de Vence and close to Nice airport . It was easy to take day trips to Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monte Carlo. Daily groceries we made in well equipped E. Leclerc supermarket (800m) and shopping in Polycon Riviera shopping center. The villa itself was in excellent condition, better than in pictures. Everything was very clean and we had all we needed. Even beach gear was available. We had a very relaxing holiday and will definately consider coming back some day. Thank you Isabelle and Marc for your warm hospitality!!

Cette villa est très bien située, près St Paul de Vence et facile d'accès. Le stationnement de 2 véhicules est aisé. Les terrasses , la piscine, un vrai barbecue et un vaste terrain arboré......rendent le séjour agréable car il y a toujours de l'ombre.L'intérieur est confortable et frais grâce à la climatisation, mais on peut regretter que l'une des chambres soit vraiment petite pour un couple. L'équipement de la cuisine est correct, mais peut éventuellement être complété. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour dans cette villa.
