Location of the property was amazing. We could walk to restaurants and ski lifts in just steps. Easily got to ski rental location across the street right next to the lift (2 minute walk from condo). The ski rental let us store our snow boots there for free while we skied and we could leave our ski equipment over night and pick up the next morning. This was great not having to take all our equipment back to the condo and having to lug it back the next day. Condo was clean and spacious for the 2 families that stayed. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows if needed. Plenty of dish soup, trash bags and having the laundry washer and dryer was great. If you are wanting to have a prefect location for easy access to a lift with little stress this is a great condo for you. One complaint - we are a group that gets up early, eats a big breakfast, skis all day and comes home for a nice cooked meal. The stove is dated and the pots and pans need to be replaced. Cooking in the kitchen for 2 families was difficult due to the equipment provided. Most of the pans are over used and burn your food. The stovetop eyes (where you place your pan to get hot) are uneven so when trying to cook food in a pan the food ends up on one side of the pan cooking food unevenly. One of four the eyes doesn’t work. It was a great trip! Skiing was perfect and the location where we stayed was wonderful! We plan to go van to Breckenridge next year!

This apartment suited are needs very well. It’s right across the street from the Snowflake lift and you can ski right to the back stairs of the unit. The unit was fully stocked and comfortable. We had a little trouble with the wifi and 1 toilet but the management company was able to get it fixed.

Property you use a little TLC, definitely dated and used by many renters over the years. Overall big space, lots of beds and great location.

Moral of the story: if you’re looking for a place *just* ski and sleep- then this is your place. It’s like a frat house: plenty of beds that are decent to sleep on. It’s like a time capsule: the crockpot and iron (and most other small appliances) are probably older than i am. I think the spiders that have made webs all around have lived there just as long. It’s just plain dirty. As a VRBO owner, it’s just the small details that could make the place really enjoyable… starting with the basics: DEEP CLEAN REGULARLY and replace all the things that are broke. Blinds are broken. I had to plunge the toliets twice. Call the property manager to fix the livingroom fireplace and replace the batteries in the carbon monoxide detector. Speaking of: there’s something so hot on the living room wall- it melted my purse. I think it’s the internet router. The TVS are ridiculously old (another easy upgrade). And the ice maker just produces a full container of one big block of Ice. Knobs are missing on the crockpot and the stove. There wasn’t any reusable bags for us to use (Colorado requires them). No Tupperware to store leftovers. And the knives haven’t been sharpened since they bought the crockpot. There was a whole TWO board games in the whole place and all of the supplies are used up and still just stored in the boxes (can ya at least throw out the trash). Pens that are stored with the games no longer work. I went through the condo and found other peoples clothes, empty laundry containers, empty kitchen supplies. But at least the heaters work and you are really close to the snowflake lift. It’s sad really, that this place with a little attention could be really nice.
