We were very pleased with the location, beach access, and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The condo is well equipped and was very roomy for our group of six. However, we immediately noticed a moldy smell. It was very damp and in need of a dehumidifier! The condo appeared clean on the surface but upon a closer look, it needed a deep cleaning. The carpet in the bedrooms was filthy and smelled like animal urine. Originally, the photos showed tile not carpeting. So that was definitely misrepresented. Another miss was not providing enough supplies such as garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Only one extra bag was provided for kitchen trash can. We were there for nine nights with six family members. We filled up the trash about every other day and had to purchase extra supplies and paper products. The WiFi and Alexa didn’t work and had to report to management. WiFi eventually was dealt with and resolved. Not Alexa but no big deal. Overall, the condo met our needs and my family was pleased. Just more attention to detail would have improved our experience.
