About this house rental
Ideally located in height in the scrubland and in a private domain, this building offers a breathtaking view of the ponds and the sea. 9 km of sandy beach are facing the field and accessible in 4 minutes by car or bike. You are 30 minutes from Spain and near the villages of Franqui and Leucate known for its many activities. The large terrace welcomes you with garden furniture, dining area and plancha this in front of the private pool secured by an alarm. Two hectares of scrubland surround the house. More than 270 m2 are at your disposal for the interior of the building and fully air-conditioned. The entrance of pavement consists of a large room with fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and hob. The rest of the room is dedicated to relaxation with TV and billiards. On the first floor 4 large bedrooms including a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are spacious and has a very large bathroom with shower 140 and bathtub.

We had a brilliant time. The house was perfect for the 7 of us across a wide age range- spacious open plan living all the facilities we needed. Well appointed bedrooms. Quiet and with an exquisite unspoilt 360 vista and gorgeous pool.But the star of the show was Frederica, bottles of bubbly and wine on arrival and a warm welcome. She also went above and beyond in helping us getting a puncture repaired! We would have liked the option of a weekly clean and linen change but no hesitation in highly recommending

Frederica was a wonderful host.The view from the villa is wonderful. You cannot hear any noise from the trains which run along the coast, and they add to the ever changing view.The facilities at the villa are amazing. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, eating dinner and playing in the pool.We will be back.

The house is very nice and spacious! The driveway is a bit steep and bumpy, but it wasn't a problem with our cars (lowered cars could be a problem)! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. We've never had such a clean house before! Perfect!
