About this apartment rental

Very comfortable apt. located in the luxurious marble stone Icon Condominium. Excellent Location. Within walking distance (minutes) to everything from huge modern shopping mall to exotic nightlife. Yet extremely quiet, private location. Built 2013. Doorman, Security 24/7. Wi-Fi access, queen size bed, cable TV - 42"' samsung ( 74 channels). Air conditioning / remote control. Fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge, granite counters. Stone tiled bathroom, large shower. Excellent water pressure. Small balcony with great view. *Long term rates also.

Excellent apartment, perfect location, excellent host! There's a 7-11 three minutes away, a great coffee shop on the corner, a supermarket within 10 minutes walk if you want to cook, and amazing restaurants within 5 or 10 minutes in any direction. You can get your laundry done for you at the corner for a few hundred pesos, the guards at the front door keep the building safe, and the aircon in the suite works great. 10 out of 10!

I stayed there for a couple weeks in June. Fairly quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to SM Clark and places in Angeles.Small but cozy property. The Aircon worked well, has Internet and cable. We didn’t cook, but could have. Really enjoyed my time there.
