JW Apartments

I was met and shown to my apartment and given the keys.

The staff were friendly. Easy to talk to and accommodating. They helped carry my stuff and belongings and made it easier for smooth check in. When I message or call, they're responsive. The convenience of just like living in your own house with access to appliances, fridge, tv, microwave and utensils. Value for money with additional 100Php for upgrade since the queen room I booked had no availability. The aircon was good but only in the bedroom. Security Dolphy was such a jokester and quite a character as well as Ate Rose who makes sure you are well looked after as well as the rest of their staff. This prime room even had a laundry and wash area at the back. There's one long time foreign resident who had been staying there for a year and he seems to like it and so I extended my stay for few more nights. Their staff were just exceptional at JW Hotel and Apartment. They should keep this kind of standard for their guests. It's also a very good location and not a noisy neighborhood.

No offense, the water was clear and okay coming from taps and showers. I just wonder that the water from bidet had a boiled egg / fart smell (Excuse my wording). I hope they look into it.

Location and the ambience. It has a garden in front of the accommodation. The staff here at JW Gomoko were also good and polite. They are quite approachable and easy to get along with and also as helpful as at JW main apartment. Mikee was as good as her mom Rose. The accommodation has it all like living in a typical apartment has AC only in the room, frdige, tv, laundry and drying area.The neighborhood was fine and the local and foreign people around are approachable they would even greet you. There are local stores, shops and bars and other hotels nearby but it's not the typical noisy bars. It's pretty safe to walk around the area even past midnight and most of all.... The WIFI is pretty good!!!

I really think this area in Clark Gate has some issue with sewer system. The water was clear and fine and yet again... there's this funky smell when using the bidet or when flushing the toilet. The bed was creaky and not back friendly unlike at JW main.

We were moved to another place coz the rooms weren’t ready when we arrived.

Beds, pillows were very hard. Shower did not have shower curtain so water went everywhere and there was no bath mat so bathroom is constantly wet.
