Apartment "Casa Luna" Costa Calma
The comfortable and modern furnished and fully renovated (2018) apartment is located in the basement in the Hibiscus area. On about 45 square meters there is a living / dining room with an integrated kitchen, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the balcony there is an awning, table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers with cushions.
Washing machine, safe, screens on the patio door and windows, shutters on the SZ are also available.
Wi-Fi 4G (2GB) is free. If more GB are needed, there is the possibility (charge) to charge as needed. Please then for short info!
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Car parking space in front of the plant available.
The condominium is located within walking distance of the sandy beach of Costa Calma. In about 250m away you will find a restaurant, a shop for excursions, bakers, hairdressers, car rental, bars and various other shops.
In 700m distance is a larger shopping center with enough shops and grocery stores.
In 800m distance is the kilometer-long white sandy beach of Costa Calma which extends to Jandia.
The final price includes the provision of bed linen, towels, bath towels, beach towels, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and iron, electricity, water, The condominium is located within walking distance from the sandy beach of Costa Calma.
Mostly German, so it is very quiet, so you can enjoy your vacation in all trains.

Siamo stati accolti molto bene. La signora Annett ci ha fatto vedere l'appartamento e tutti gli utensili il loro funzionamento cucina, lavatrice.
Il posto tranquillo una bella terrazza ben arredata. Ci sentivamo a casa nostra. L'unica pecca che Costa Calma e' molto ventosa. Grazie di tutto Annett.

Nonostante l’arrivo in tarda serata a causa di un ritardo del volo, siamo stati accolti in modo molto ospitale dalla proprietaria che ci ha fatto vedere l’appartamento e dato informazioni utili a riguardo. L’apparatamento è in una buona posizione e permette di muoversi sia a piedi per andare in centro che in macchina per andare in spiaggia. Munito di lavatrice e asciugacapelli e molti altri elettrodomestici che ci hanno permesso un soggiorno confortevole. Lo consiglio alle coppie anche se il salotto è abbastanza ampio per il divano letto per un’altra persona. Fantastico il terrazzo con tendone per poter pranzare e cenare fuori in tranquillità. Se torneremo in vacanza a Costa Calma terremo in considerazione questo appartamento

An dieser Wohnung gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Annett, die uns sehr nett empfing, hat an alles gedacht, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, besonders hervorzuheben ist die neue Matratze. Handtücher, Strandtücher, Badetücher etc. sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für kühle Abende gibt es Decken und man kann einen guten Wein, den Annett schon bereitgestellt hatte, auf der Terasse genießen. Hier gibt es zwei neue Liegen mit neuen Auflagen, sowie einen großen Tisch mit vier Stühlen. Für heiße Sonnentage hat Annett noch eine neue Markise installieren lassen. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht, die Wohnung ist mit viele Liebe eingerichtet und rundum sehr sauber. Annett ist unkompliziert, zugänglich, freundlich und immer erreichbar. DANKE Annett für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Bastante buena, pero mejoraria la televisión, no se ve ningun canal en español, las almohadas de la habitacion podrian ser mejor y el wifi tambien muchos problemas.
Por lo demas todo bien, muy detallista no faltaba casi de nada, solo esas cosas que he dicho antes.
