There was a disadvantage to not speaking either German or Spanish - we did try with 'translate' on Annette's phone, but as there was no wifi to the property I was unable to down load being able to do so myself. Annette was friendly enough but there was little info available in English. It would have been more straightforward without the language barrier but I liked the look of the apartment and its view of the sea. Lovely to sit out in the morning SE faint balcony (so as the sun goes down it is hidden). We had a lovely - too short a stay in Costa Calma and would be happy to stay there again.
