About this apartment rental
SKI IN SKI OUT, located just outside the rear door of the building are the slopes and high speed quad.
Single bedroom corner unit on the first floor,
Full kitchen with pots pans and dishes for 6. Microwave, coffee maker (drip style), blender and everything you need to cook in.
WiFi through out the building.
Living room has a pull out couch that sleeps 2, flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, CD player, few DVD's and VHS tapes.
Queen size bed in bedroom, full size bathroom, and all towels linens provided by our cleaning company. The unit is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave nothing for you to do. Unlike some owners who try and save money by having you bring linens and towels.
On the ground floor of building is Hoots Bar and restaurant, ski and snowboard rental,fully stocked ski shop, Hot Tub, and ATM machine.
Plenty of parking in front of building and a shuttle stop for the rest of the mountain.
Note: This a winter Ski Condo some ammenities may not be availble in the Summer months, there is also no a/c but wonderfull cross breezes.

We stayed here for the GNCC race this year. This is an excellent location to be in the middle of all the activities. The communication with the owner was top notch as well and there to answer any and all questions! The condo worked well for us and was bigger than expected. We had a nice stay and would book again!

The only thing I'd like to add is that although there wasn't any AC, which we were aware of. We were not able to open a window for a breeze.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sits literally at the top of Soaring Eagle lift on the south side of Snowshoe Mountain. Plenty of parking and easy access to slopes make this a great place for those who want to park and forget about driving for the week. Especially with a bus stop right in front of the lodge. Is also on the 1st floor, one up from ground level, meaning no hiking up and down multiple flights of stairs with ski/ board gear.
Bathroom looks recently redone, minus the original shower head, and the bedroom has a decent mattress with a dresser and night stand.
The TV in the living room is a roku TV so you can easily watch Netflix and similar services.
The fridge has tons of room, the sink is very wide for large dishes, and the unit has a dish washer. It also has a 24" range with 4 coil burners microwave.
My only major complaints were about bedding, but I'll note that I'm particular due to back issues. The pillows where very flat, they seem a bit older, so I recommend bringing your own if you are pillow picky. I also can't recommend the pull out couch for adults, it was not very comfortable as it leans inward towards the couch and the bars are hard on the back.
Otherwise a great space for up to four people, especially if you can put kids on the pull out. If they update the rest of the space similar to the bath is be an amazing find for mid season skiing.
