Beautiful 2 bedroom, sunny, modern apartment. Deck with gorgeous view of Casco Bay. Private,peaceful, beautiful yard with lawn furniture for your relaxation. Apartment is roomy and comfortable with touches of local art. All the amenities of home, toiletries, pots and pans, kitchen gadgets to superb linens. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Eastern Promenade and beach. Laundry in building... Parking available upon request. Short term (min 2 nights) or long term rentals available.

Perfect place! Incredible location - just a block to the bay and the neighborhood is adorable. We watched the sunset from a neighborhood park every night. Allyson was so easy to work with and accommodating!

Girls weekend! We loved the apartment, it had everything we needed. Very clean, great location! The owner is great and provided us with some wonderful recommendations for where to go to eat and have drinks!

Excellent host for communication! Great location to walk around streets and to prom.Bring eye shades - lots of sunlight through the windows. Back balcony great for dining outdoors. No problem parking. More bedside tables, shelves in the bathroom and towel racks would be helpful. Very nice stay
