About this apartment rental
Beautiful modern studio overlooking the ocean with direct access to the beach. Located in the heart of Condado, San Juan. Walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, hotels, casinos, hospital, banks and supermarket. Fully equipped kitchen, shower bathroom, linens and towels provided. Air conditioner, WIFI, parking, security and no cable TV channels. Fitness/game room located off the lobby. Short drive from San Juan Airport. restaurants! Check-in time 3:00 pm & check-out is 11:00 am. Check-in after 9:00 pm is not available. Please note the exterior of the building is under renovation/repair. Due to the construction the pool hours have been impacted. Pool may open at specific times or not at all.

Condo was ok but too far from the action on Ashford. Room AC was hard to keep regulated, no balcony, but the main issue for us was the tv had NO local channels...only Netflix. And the tv worked intermittently for first 3 days and then not at all the last 4 days. Huge pain when you want to relax after a hard day walking. WiFi worked so we could use our phones,but that is not super fun. There were a lot of tourists in the bldg, but this actually is an apartment bldg. Bed was way too soft for us and I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch which wasn't great either. Ran out of toilet paper the last day. Beach and pool were ok. Pool looked old and beach could have been much cleaner.
PR is beautiful and we loved the weather! Loved Old Saun Juan and Casa Bacardi. Owner was very responsive and also let us check out late and left a bottle of wine.
Would not stay there again.
