Venice Island Escape

I had a wonderful stay at Greg’s place. The home was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described - actually even better in person. The location on Venice Island is perfect, with everything just a short walk or drive away. Communication with Greg was smooth and easy throughout my stay. He was thoughtful, responsive, and made everything simple, which I really appreciated. The check-in process was effortless, and the home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely awesome place, great neighborhood and quiet. I was able to walk at night with no problems. Very clean condo and great people that own it.

We stayed here for a few months while doing work in the area and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not only is the condo clean, well appointed, and comfortable, but the community is quiet and safe as well. Greg is awesome to deal with too. No complaints.

If I could give this condo 10 stars I would! I love staying on the Island and this condo made it even better. The location is great - close to downtown Venice, the beach, Sharkey's and a great park to take a stroll in and observe the Florida wildlife. There are festivals at the airport across the street a well as in the park down by the beach. There is no need to ever leave the island! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. And the neighbors are great! As for the condo itself, it is beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The owners paid attention to every detail when furnishing the condo. I felt right at home! Greg, the landlord is very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. This is a great place to enjoy all that Venice has to offer.
