We had a wonderful stay during our beach week at Bourny’s Place. It’s an adorable, cozy condo that is conveniently located to everything! (Beach, shops & restaurants!). We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! We’d definitely like to come back! We visited a few of the historical sites, including the nearby lighthouses & the Wright Brothers Memorial Park. The condo is clean & decorated very appropriately. We’d recommend some directions for using the tv/cable as we’re a little technically challenged, but we eventually figured it out. Also, there was no info on how to use the hot tub. The door to get into the spa was locked with a padlock (in which our keys didn’t work!), but the pool was very nice. Thank you!

The condo has a good location in Kill Devil Hills. There is no place to put pantry food (cabinets). All cabinets are used for dishes. The condo is very clean, but the furniture/decor is outdated. This is not an issue but rather an observation. It is as seen in photos. The walk to the beach is easy. Still not sure where the kiddie pool is on the premise, but the 2 community pools are very nice.
