Chateau La Mer II Sea Renity #602 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath on the first floor. Just a short 5-minute walk to our deeded beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo was comfortable and nice. The bathtub did drain very slowly though. Otherwise, location to the beach was great. Location to restaurants and other activities was great. Our condo was located right next to the pool and playground, which was excellent. Loved the stay and will book again

Good location and close proximity to the beach. Just wished the condo was cleaner. Pillows need to have been replaced a long time ago as they were very dirty and stained from not being kept in zipper covers. I immediately washed the bedding when I arrived because it appeared dirty and stained. The mattress cover was also dirty and stained. There were cheeto and dorito pieces on the floors and in the sofa bed mattress. These are things I immediately noticed upon arrival and was unhappy with. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and my family and these things were unsettling especially for the price I paid to stay here.
