Kaanapali Luxury Vacation Rentals welcomes you to our beautiful garden level Luana Villa at the Honua Kai Resort.
This new, luxurious villa is located within a private garden enclave at the spectacular, beach front, Honua Kai resort. This villa boasts 2047 sq. ft. of contemporary interior living space with expansive western windows that open up to a wide 562 sq. ft. lanai, providing your family with plenty of room to enjoy the Maui lifestyle.
Spend your days at your enclave’s private pool and hot-tub located amongst the luxurious Hawaiian gardens or take a very short stroll to the world famous Kaanapali beach, or aquatic playgrounds of the Honua Kai resort. Experience world class dining, shopping and golf within minutes leaving your villa by visiting Whaler’s village and the Kaanapali and Kapalua golf courses.
This ground level villa will provide you with instant access to your enclave’s private pool, hot tub and fire pit area. This residence is fully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious Maui vacation and a gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals. The Lanai is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ and plenty of lounging and dining space for the entire family. The residence also includes a private garage with a charger for your electric car and an ensuite full size washer and dryer.
Resort amenities include a network of swimming pools, waterfalls and children’s shallow pool, 24 hour fitness facility, Duke’s beach house restaurant, and Whaler’s general store and Spa. Please note due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, resort amenities may be subject to change or closure.
TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);
Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.
OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.
Bed Split Fee:
$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in the guest bedroom.
We have a collection of beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos in the Hokulani and Konea towers along with several gorgeous Luana Garden villas within the Honua Kai resort.
Resort has a NO PET policy.
Cancellation outside a 60-day period prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus the payment processing fee. Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Please review the listing Terms and Conditions for more information. We highly recommend that all guests purchase a travel insurance policy. Cancelation policy is strictly enforced.

We have stayed here a few times now and we have never been disappointed. It's a lovely property. This is our first time staying in the Villa. We loved the space. One thing I wished was that they have maid service such as in the towers but otherwise it was great.

We’ve stayed at this resort many times. The Villas are our new favorite. There were only 3 of us husband, six year old son, and myself but we like plenty of room on vacation. The unit is quiet and away from the hustle & bustle of the resort but you have the best of both worlds. When you want to take the kiddos to the water slide you can but then retreat back to peace of the tucked away property. Close to Kapaula golf course but the kids can stay at resort and burn off the energy. Can’t go wrong with this property. Just a push button vacation. The lanai is just such a delight. Instant serenity.

This place is Amazing! Gorgeous, new, modern, convenient, and clean. It is as nice as any 5 star hotel. SO convenient to have your Garage/car right outside your door. It had everything you need including 5 boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, folding wagon, a Built in charger for your electric car, Bose speakers, disposable slippers, an iron in every room, a hamper in every closet, a vitamix blender, every kitchen utensil/ pots/pans, and even ice packs for your cooler. We arrived 3 days after Hawaii reopened to tourists, so we ate at home most days. The kitchen was perfect. We ate outside at the lanai. It even has a refrigerator outside. Our kids did their virtual school from the sofas on the lanai. The unit is only minutes from any of the resort pools but far enough away that you don’t hear guests from the pool. Our kids loved being on the ground floor - so convenient. The North Kaanapali beach isn’t the best for little kids, so we went to Kapalua beach (10 min away) which offered snorkeling too. We were looking at the Montage and Ho’olei Villas too, and we picked Honua Kai Villas because it was a more economical. Well let me tell you, we were all impressed. Better than any other VRBO we have ever stayed at.
