This luxurious 3BR/3BA residence is conveniently set within Enclave Three of the Luana Garden Villas. Villa 14C's north-facing orientation offers a shady respite from West Maui's legendary sun, and its designation within our "Elevated" collection offers a level of privacy exclusive to Luana Garden Villas' second-floor offerings.
Perched on the top floor, this residence offers enhanced privacy and quietude, with private stairs leading to both the main entrance and the rear lanai.
Easy living is accentuated with convenient access to Luana Enclave Three's pool, hot tub, and fire pit, as well as full access to Honua Kai Resort amenities, including the Fitness Center, Whalers General Store, and Ho'ola Spa in the Konea Tower, Aina's Gourmet Market in the Hokulani Tower, Duke's Beach House, and Honua Kai's award-winning poolscape. The soft sands of Kaanapali North Beach, one of America's top beaches, are only steps away.

There are two primary suites with king-size beds, a third bedroom with a king-size bed that can be separated into two twin-size beds upon request, and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room, bringing the total sleeping capacity to eight. Each primary bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a vanity with a tub-shower combination.
Villa 14C's custom upgrades include a ceiling fan in the living room, enhanced lighting, and a BBQ hood for the grill on the lanai.

We loved our stay at the Luana Garden Villas. Very close to one pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the larger ones at the hotel as well. Clean, kid friendly and lots to do close by. Would stay again!

Amazing location. Villa had all of the kitchen amenities you could want! Lots of space for our busy family!Host was responsive in troubleshooting a concern with the climate control quickly.10 out of 10 would stay again!

We had the best time here! We have stayed at Honua Kai many times but this was our first time in the Villas since we traveled with a bigger group this time. It was a short walk to all the pools and amenities but having the extra space in the villas was amazing! We really enjoyed the massive outdoor space with a grill and having an additional pool right outside of our unit. Anytime we needed anything we just text and it was immediately brought to us or taken care of. We can’t wait to go back!

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. I have mobility issues and couldn’t fully enjoy my stay because of the stairs. Next time we will request lower level.
