This is the fifth time my husband and I have stayed at Sea Village, but the first time in condo 3306. This condo was renovated and nicely decorated. However, we did have an issue with a possible rodent that ate half of a banana. We contacted the office and they sent an exterminator over right away, who set some traps. We also had trouble with flies getting in through a broken screen. The exterminator said he would contact the owner and notify them. We did enjoy the grills. We took advantage of the beach towels and the concierge as well. Overall, we loved Kona!

We had a great first time on big island staying in Sea Village! We ran into one issue (dishwasher didn’t work) but the property manager took care of it quickly! This location is only a mile to downtown shops, a fairly easy walk. The pool was very nice and our three year old loved it! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We loved this place and the chec-in process was very smooth and easy. Our family enjoyed the view and the pool along with sunsets and BBQ's. It was a quiet location and very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. Accommodated our family of 6.

Loved this unit. Kitchen remodel is beautiful with great appliances. Washer and dryer are full size and refrigerator had filtered water and ice. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Unit did not have ac which was an oversight on my part but ended up not being too bad as weather cooperated.

This was a great place to stay with an amazing location, views, and amenities. The place is clean and very cute. The beds are comfy. The parking is super easy. The place is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Overall the apartment was amazing. I will say it got very very hot without AC. But other than that, it was superb!

Sea Village 3306 was a great condo and location. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. The view was wonderful, with the courtyard, pool and ocean all within sight. The property was well maintained and closely located to the shops and restaurants/bars in town. We walked into town more than once and felt safe at night as well. We loved our time in Kona and at Sea Village and would definitely come back again!

This condo was accurate to the description and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great and the view from the lanai even better. We spent a lot of time sitting out watching the activity going on at the pool, garden area and ocean. There was an ant issue, which the management took care of immediately upon being contacted. We would recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again!

The view is AMAZING! The unit is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. Pool floats, boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, and snorkels are all available in the well equipped activities closest. The unit itself is a great size and very comfortable for relaxing with the family in the evening. The complex is very well kept and the grounds are beautiful. My only suggestion for the property owner would be to invest in a portable AC unit for the super hot none breezy days as the unit can get super warm. Also, the fans in the bathroom are great for cooling down but are too low and we repeatedly hit our hands when changing. Overall this is a wonderful unit and we would definitely stay again on a future visit.

This resort is super clean. There’s people out cleaning the bbq’s, pool, benches, tables, poolside lounge chairs daily. The condo it’s self was very clean as well. They had every thing we needed. Appliances were all updated. Very very nice. We will stay here next time we go to the big island. It’s close enough to Kona to walk to down town.

Near perfect but thought you would like to know, one of the tall fans needs replacing and maybe add another. All chair cushions are very worn down, and there is a window and blind in living area that has been totally forgotten by cleaning crew, very dusty and dirty, also had issue with shower knob control in master bedroom, did report it to management and they did a temp fix but plumber said it really needs replacing.

Great place in Kona. Love the location, just a short drive east of the main drag. It's close enough to get there quick but at the same time is in a quiet condo complex. This one is on the third/top floor which also helps making it quiet. The place itself is well maintained and stocked. My family of 4 had plenty of space. Love the view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. Would be great if it had air conditioning as it can get warm in the condo during the afternoon. The master bedroom did stay cool for sleeping though which helped. Overall, great condo for a family stay in Kona.

We loved watching the sunset over the ocean from our balcony. We walked to ocean access within just a couple minutes. Close to downtown kona, but far enough away to not hear the noise. We never heard a neighbor. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean. The pool was nice and clean. We used the BBQ grills several times. They were always clean. I'm grateful they provided some laundry, dishwasher, hand and dish soap. Also bars of soap and shampoo in the showers was useful. Beautiful place! It was very warm. We had to leave the screen door open with all the fans on.

The view is spectacular! Perfect place to stay during a visit. The condo itself is very clean, cozy and of great size. Also the location is pretty centralized for north and south Kona coast activities. Absolutely love it and highly recommend.

Aloha Accomodationa were warm, comfortable and relaxing. View from the lania was the best watching the beautiful sunsets in Kona. Appliances were up to standard with adequate kitchen ware for cooking, and washing. Plenty of fans to utilize since there was no AC unfortunately. Great location to shops, farmer's market, beaches and restaurants which were in walking distance, if you like to walk. If you to take the Trolley it was free and available for passengers on the hour. The second bedroom bed was a bit soft and I think whatever detergent/bleach they washed the sheets in my skin broke out. Also the TV remote controls needed new batteries and new batteries should be in a drawer in the kitchen to replace the old ones. It was frustrating switching batteres from one remote to another to watch TV. All in all it was a very affordable and lovely accomodation and I would definitely return to Sea Village with its lovely surrounding of beautiful island plants, birds and island friends. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful time. However, arriving and seeing the nasty Kitchen sink was horrible, but after a few try’s with the management company they agreed to replace the sink with a new stainless steel sink. I had to ask for Kitchen towels and Kitchen dish cloths, there were only two of each and for a months stay that was not good and we appreciated getting more. The carpet in the Living room has a couple of stains and I hope they will replace carpet and put in more tile or wood.

My family stayed here for 12 nights for Christmas 2021. Booking was easy through Vrbo and the property management company was great as well as the on-site management and staff. The location is great and walkable into coconut grove/downtown Kona. What wasn’t good was the overall cleanliness of the unit, housekeeper should find a different career, really gross with dirt and long black hairs everywhere, soiled carpets, filthy grout etc. The pictures are very deceiving and makes the condo look updated, it is not. For the price we paid I was terribly disappointed.

The condo was just south of the main town, not quite walking distance. The unit is dated and could use a refurb but the basics were there. The pool work was completed as planned so it was only out of service for about 3 days/ no spa though. Plenty of fans to help cool the unit down since no AC. It was extremely hot on our arrival in the unit and took some time to cool it down do we could sleep. Ditch the carpet (stains made it look worse) and go for tile or vinyl. There is no elevator but got our work outs to/from the unit third floor. All in all average for the price.
