Beautiful rooftop terrace, very friendly and helpful staff.

Rooftop terrace was open to everyone not only hotel customers so it was a bit packed to watch the sunset.

The location is perfect if you want to explore Conil. The hotel itself is very nice: Modern with tasteful design, clean and the bed was very comfy. The rooftop with bar and pool are incredible (watch the sunset from up here). The restaurant is very good. I also enjoyed the 'traditional' Spanish breakfast, e.g. toasted soft rolls with olive oil and tomatoe. The best part, however, is the staff: Incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly - 10 out of 10.

The fuse box in my room was a little noisy at night.

We booked a superior room via Booking.com & when we arrived they said this room was not available so we were offered a discount & a lower grade room. OK we got a discount & partial refund but still it was a real disappointment. Sorry for the low score. I know you are working hard, but come on guys, get the basics right - we only get a few days holiday every year so just want what we pay for. Don't let this put you off coming here, it's a great spot in the centre of town, very nicely designed & close to the beach. But in this case the service let us down I'm afraid.
