Rocky Close is a lovely house situated on the outskirts of St Ives, Cornwall. Hosting four bedrooms: one double with en-suite shower room, one super-king-size with en-suite shower room and two twins, able to sleep a total of eight guests and served by a family shower room and bathroom. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, an additional sitting room and utility. Outside has a wrap-around decking area with furniture and a hot tub. Rocky Close is a wonderful choice for a coastal break to Cornwall. Please note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £150
