Nestled in the back of a sunny courtyard in the picturesque neighborhood of la roquette, our122m2 house, completely renovated with respect to structure and materials, can accommodate up to 7 people.
You will be able to enjoy the "village" atmosphere of the area while remaining at 5 mn walk from the historical center and the museums.
Furnished with care, the house is located in a nice, quiet and flowery street. A cool and shaded sitting area in the courtyard will allow you to have an aperitif or to rest. On the first floor there is a first living room (with television and board games) and a large, well-equipped kitchen where you can have meals.
The first floor houses a large master bedroom (bed 160) with dressing area, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a second living room (convertible into a bedroom with bed 140), a second bedroom of more modest dimensions (bed 140) and a shower room with Italian shower. On the second floor, a small sunny bedroom (bed 130) opening onto a small terrace on the roofs. WIFI access is available in the whole house. It is possible to bring the car to the front of the house to load/unload. For the inauguration week of the "rencontres de la photo", the house is rented for the week only. We provide all linens, sheets, towels, hair dryer, etc. The beds are made and ready on your arrival. You can also borrow our two bicycles to get around.

We want to thank the Perceval family for ooening their beautiful home to us. It is so conveniently located in the old town with so much within easy walking distance.
Arles is a very special town with friendly people and so much of interest.
The house is characterful, an old building with interesting quirks, and clever modern interventions in the creation of a very comfortable cosy place. The kitchen as excellent, the main bedroom superb with good ablutions. The small roof deck is delightful. The house is clearly much loved.
Regis was very helpful and friendly and gave us very good advice. We really wanted to stay longer!

The only surprise was the contrast between the property pictures suggesting newer, brighter, cleaner, and the actual state of the property and furnishings. Washer and dryer were new and a big bonus.

Très belle maison , rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et tout le confort . Bien située pour visiter Arles à pied. Endroit calme.
Il n’y a par contre que 2 véritables chambres . Parking problématique !

L'emplacement très bien, maison joliment décorée, propre, juste que nous avons l'habitude de dormir avec des volets et du coût peu habitué à la lumière du matin, mais ça nous a permis de se lever tôt pour se promener.
