About this house rental

A house has a 2 sleeping rooms with 4 beds (upstairs) and living room with the kitchen downstairs. Amaizing sunset view... House is 30 metres from the see, quiet area with no cars, near nice quiet restaurant. Nearby are NP Kornati, Krka, Paklenica, Plitvicka jezera, one of the the most beautiful Croatian national parks...
Do not forget Zadar, one of the most beautiful Croatian cities, which is 4 km away...
Yu will experience an unforgettable sunset, for which Alfred Hitchcock said it was the most beautiful in the world.
It is ideal for families with children, where they can play freely in their own backyard.

Zadar ist Bilderbuch schön! Bibinje ist sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber (direkt an der Strandpromenade mit Treppe-> 20 Meter oder am Strand ->10 min zu Fuß). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Das Haus ist klein, 1 Wohnzimmer-Küche-Diele + 2 Schlafzimmer mit Betten-> OG. Das Bad (EG) ist sehr-sehr klein und sieht etwas „mitgenommen“ aus. Die Treppe zum OG ist steil und nachts, wenn man Mal muss, etwas abenteuerlich. Die Ausstattung des Hauses entspricht bis auf die „nicht vorhandene“ Waschmaschine und bis auf den „nicht vorhandenen“ Parkplatz, der Beschreibung.

In der Altstadt (Staro Selo) mitten im alten Ortskern des Fischerdorfs Bibinje liegt die Unterkunft in einem kleinen Häuschen. Der Vermieter und seine Familie wohnen direkt nebenan, den Innenhof nutzt man gemeinsam, getrennt durch eine Art "spanische Wand". Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und besorgt, jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Bei Ankunft gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Die ganze Wohnung sehr sauber, die Matratzen garantieren guten Schlaf. Das Badezimmer etwas klein, aber der Gesamtgröße des Häuschens geschuldet. Wir waren da mit 3 Kindern (2, 7 und 10 Jahre alt), der Platz war (noch) ausreichend, die großen Kinder hatten ein eigenes Zimmer mit zwei Betten, ein Kinderbett im Elternschlafzimmer, die Schlafräume alle im Obergeschoss mit Klimaanlage. Das Meer ist vom Balkon aus sichtbar, allerdings auch der Hof des Nachbarn, dieser bäuerlich genutzt, auch Hühner vorhanden und ein Hahn. Der Zugang zum Meer durch die kleinen Gassen in etwa 2-3 Minuten, man kann wählen zwischen einem Zugang mit Treppe direkt an der Strandpromenade oder dem Familienstrand mit Kies/Steinen und ein paar Bäumen, dieser in ca. 8-10 Minuten erreichbar. Wasser sehr sauber. Zwei Bäcker zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, sehr gute Qualität und Auswahl. Zum Supermarkt sollte man das Auto nehmen. Hier dann ein Problem: im August ist die Anzahl der Parkplätze in Bibinje eher knapp bemessen. Wenn man einen Ausflug macht, so hat man abends, vor allem mit einem größeren Auto (wir haben einen 9-Sitzer) immer die Angst, keinen Platz zu finden. Es hat aber immer funktioniert :-) Dadurch, dass man in der Altstadt wohnt, lernt man Land und Leute kennen. Immer wieder Abendveranstaltungen in der Nähe, ca. 3-5 Minuten zum Veranstaltungsort (Konzerte, Aufführungen), gute Restaurants in großer Auswahl ebenfalls in direkter Umgebung, eines gerade 2 Häuser nebenan. Dadurch abends bis ca. 23.30 Uhr ein wenig Geräuschpegel, aber nicht wesentlich störend - ist eben im Zentrum gelegen. Unser Gesamtfazit: ideal für maximal 4 Personen, ein kleines Kind bis 2,3 Jahre geht noch dazu, dann wird es aber zu eng. Von der Herzlichkeit und Fürsorge, wie auch von der Sauberkeit immer wieder gerne. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Kroatien wird sicher nicht zum letzten Mal unser Urlaubsziel gewesen sein. Bibinje ist auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung sehr günstig gelegen. Zum Schluss ein herzliches HVALA ! HVALA! HVALA !!
