About this villa rental
Our space is a complex with several houses, 3 of them together and the other 50 meters away, with capacity for 22 adults or children + 2 babies, are close to the city center, parks, art and culture, beautiful landscapes, 200 meters from the Port Wine Cellars, about 400 meters from the Ribeira de Gaia and the Train, about 100 meters from the bus stop, is 1km from the Ribeira do Porto. Ideal space for large groups who want to socialize and relax.
When you rent these rooms, they are only for you and family or friends, however, each group of two people is entitled to 1 room in the house, if they wish to stay in separate rooms. In addition, a € 10 fee is payable on site for cleaning the other room, washing and ironing the extra bedding. It is not allowed, free of charge, to occupy all the houses, without the number of people justifying it, example 10 people want to occupy all the houses in the complex, in this situation, if this is the intention of the users, it requires an extra payment on the property, which varies depending on the season of the accommodation. Good trip in this house .

This was our first stop after completing the Camino de Santiago. Grateful to our hosts, especially the grandmother on site who is clearly passionate about the VRBO, and the surrounding community. The point of staying in a VRBO is engulf yourself in the community if only for a few days, and we are grateful to our hosts for giving us the opportunity to do so.
