Wunderschönes Ferienhaus – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir (2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern) hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in diesem tollen Ferienhaus in Novigrad. Das Haus bietet zwei sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnungen – perfekt für zwei Familien – und liegt auf einem wunderschön gepflegten Grundstück. Pool, Whirlpool und die gemütliche Outdoorküche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht – von Küchenausstattung über Sonnenliegen bis zu ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen und Spielen. Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe, auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit vielen wertvollen Tipps zur Umgebung. Bei Fragen bekommt man sofort eine Antwort. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und willkommen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung, Komfort und eine schöne Lage suchen!

Exceptional

We had a wonderful week in Andrej's beautiful house. The house fully corresponds to the pictures on the website. It is very well equipped, both in the kitchen and in the garden there is nothing missing. There are two almost identical living units on two levels, so there is enough space for eight people and there is no stress in the bathroom or kitchen. The garden and the pool are beautiful. The pool is even heated, plus there is a jacuzzi. We found the house very clean and were very nicely welcomed by the hosts. Andrej even drove us to the airport on departure and was always available for queries. The sea is about 3 minutes walk away, the next bigger supermarket about 10 to 15 minutes. A car / rental car makes sense for the whole area, as there are few alternatives of public transport. The old town of Novigrad is about 15 minutes walk through the harbour. All in all, we had a very nice, relaxing week here and will gladly come back if we are in the area again.

The house is simply perfect. The location is great. Near the sea and city. We had total privacy as the residence has a tall fence all around it. The house is well equipped and very homey. The owners were also very nice and accepted us with a warm welcome.

Hidden gem for perfect vacation for couples, families and more!

Everything from old trees shadow, stone pathways, infinity pool to bedlinen style, comfy terraces, open kitchen, games and books on shelves - everything is carefully chosen, lovingly arranged and creates intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Location is few minutes from beach and marina, there are bikes to reach Novigrad old city. Perfect starting point for Istria sightseeing with parking available.

great place for big family

location is very nice, house is situated close to town, city beach and also to other beaches. Also it was very nice to have a chance to check in before 14:00, even hour is nice after all night drivening Comfortable place for bigger family, for 8-11 people under agreement of owner

we respect check out 10:00 and check in 14:00, but with such a nice place can be time updated (under owner agreement) for example chech out 12:00 and chech in 13:00

The absolute best possible holidays for two families

We are two families with 2 kids, totally 8 persons and we were looking for house where we could spend our holidays together. I have to say that Residence Peček has perfectly satisfied all our needs and wishes – so our stay there was one big satisfaction. We were extremely positively surprised by several things: - really an excellent location, so it's all reachable on foot within a few minutes - despite the excellent location a quiet environment - residence includes two independent fully equipped apartments, with common garden and swimming pool - garden has perfect privacy, so you could easily be naked at sunbathing or swimming - summer kitchen at swimming pool was priceless for us with its functionality - spaciousness and functionality of apartments - warmth and homeliness - I do not know how to describe this feeling when you feel comfortable like at home - exceptional cleanliness - extremely comfortable bed, the mattress is perfect hardness, a cushion of exactly the right size - huge TV with domestic and global channels that really works perfectly - WIFI with a strong signal that works as expected in the house and at the pool At the end I need to expose that all the photos are the same as reality is. So, I could Residence Peček highly recommend to everybody.
