About this villa rental

The house wall blooms in May. In our private villa we rent 2 rooms with our own shower and toilet and small simple kitchen in our absence. They are nice big rooms with double beds / sofa bed. Everything you need is in the house. In front of the front door there is a small rock garden with a parasol and a bench to relax.
Nettles and wild herbs are among them and are encouraged. The transport options are great. The fair can be reached in 7 minutes. The Havel and forests can be reached by bike in 6 minutes. Shops are nearby. Please contact us immediately after booking. You are undisturbed in the small villa. The decor is simply nostalgic. No news, lovingly imperfect.

We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Jana waardoor we ons meteen thuisvoelden in de woning. We hebben genoten van de sfeer en van de stad. Zeer de moeite waard!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in der kleinen Villa. Wir fanden es sehr gemütlich, dass wir abends den Kamin anmachen konnten, da es ja sehr kalt war in Berlin während unseres Aufenthalts.

Huis op zich, qua indeling en locatie, echt prima. Schoon en een fijne sfeer. Echter, de inrichting van de woonkamer en de keuken zijn erg gedateerd en daarbij minimalistisch. De vriezer was defect en de wasmachine kon niet geopend worden aangezien de drukknop verdwenen was.

Naja- typischer Fall von „wir sparen uns sämtliche Renovierungen und nennen es Vintage“. Eigentlich fand ich den Retro-Charme in der Anzeige gerade für Berlin sehr charmant. In der Realität war es dann aber doch sehr muffig und abgewohnt. Trotzdem war die Lage schön und sehr ruhig, und hat unserem schönen Aufenthalt in Berlin keinen Abbruch getan.
