About this apartment rental
This Lovely 195m2 penthouse has 4 bedrooms (bedroom 1 has a kingsizebed, bedroom 2 has a queensizebed, bedroom 3 is is kingsize bed and bedroom 4 is a queens bed ) 2 Bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other bathroom is only with shower on the first floor. On the second floor is the living room with open kitchen and dining area. This penthouse has a lovely roof terrace with a comfy sofa. This penthouse on the 4th floor is accessible with elevator has a beautiful view on the Rijksmuseum and the RAI.
The kitchen is highly equipped with oven , microwave, dishwasher , large fridge and freezer and wine fridge, coffee machine, sandwich maker, mixer, water kettle, stick blender. The dining room has a large dining table also two children highchair in case you come with kids. The living room is large and has a comfy sofa and 2 comfy chairs and a large flatscreen and dvd player.
There is wifi internet connection and cable tv with English, French, Spanish, German channels and more.

The apartment was in a great location, near public transit and good restaurants. The famous Albert Cuyp market was a short walk away. The hosts, Constance and Boris, were very friendly. Boris met us at the apartment for a complete walk through. And bonus - the apartment had air conditioning! We had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

De locatie, ruimte, meubels, en bedden waren allemaal heel goed. De lift naar de 4e verdieping was heel handig.
Dit is iemands normale woning, met alle persoonlijke eigendommen in het huis. Familie foto's door het hele huis en eten en drinken in de koelkast en wijnkoeling.
Amsterdam is een drukke stad waar veel mensen dicht op elkaar wonen. De eerste nacht hadden we veel geluidsoverlast van beneden buren to half drie 's nachts. De tweede nacht was alles stil.
We konden helaas maar twee nachten verblijven aangezien onze vlucht terug naar de VS veranderd was. We waren er midden in de lockdown en konden daardoor weining activiteiten doen en bezichtigheden zien. De hosts wilden ons zelfs in deze lockdown tijd geen restitutie geven. Alleen een korting op een eventueel toekomstig verblijf.
