About this house rental
In the heart of Mondello, on the top floor of an ancient villa of the early 1900s, in an excellent and elegant setting, the apartment is facing the sea, it has a furnished terrace overlooking the enchanting Gulf of Palermo. At 50 meters from the suggestive square of Mondello, an area full of restaurants, bars and any other kind of services. Supermarket and pharmacy a few meters from the apartment. The shuttle bus stop is a few meters away. Also close to the beach, the luxurious 'La Torre' establishment and only 300 meters from the wonderful Capo Gallo oriented nature reserve.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a relaxation area from which you can admire the splendid panorama, it is equipped with a 43-inch LCD TV, a Bluray DVD player and WIFI Internet connection. The living room leads to the kitchen, bright and equipped with dishes, oven, blender, toaster, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with sea view, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a towel warmer and a courtesy kit and another bedroom with a single bed. In addition, there is the possibility of adding a fourth bed as a puff that can be converted into a comfortable single bed is made available to our guests.

The check in process was easy and well communicated. The pictures did make the place look bigger than what it was but was still good space. It was close to mondello beach but the neighborhood was a little more run down than expected. It had a gas oven which was nice but other amenities were missing. Loved the balcony when it wasn’t too hot. The shower was very small and barely works for its purpose. The trim and finishes need some help. For example there is newspaper stuffed around the door jamb for insulation without any wood trim covering it up. There are nearby restaurants within a short walk we’re very nice to have.
We probably wound not stay again but overall it’s still a nice place and worked well for our family.

Although small the apartment is very well equipped & furnished. The terrace in the morning is a lovely place to have breakfast.
The only slight downside was that we never got to meet the owner picking up the keys & returning them to a key safe at the property gate.

We have spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment, part of a nice villa with a beautiful garden in front of the sea. The apartment is in the centre of Mondello and has a beautiful sea view from its terrace, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and bus stop. Our host Claudia was extremely friendly and helpful and communication was very easy. I higly recommend Home Piano Gallo!
