About this house rental
Soprana The villa is located in the resort Capistello, about 3 km from the center. It 'a typical Aeolian house where the architectural elements that characterized it were faithfully reproduced in the past: the "lace" that frame the roof, "bagghiu" surrounded by "pulera", from "bisola" and the typical "stack" (stone sink), the house is accessed by a stone staircase. It is served by buses every hour; the nearest beaches are: Praia Ferrante and Praia La Secca, reachable via old paths.
It can accommodate up to five people and is composed of: a double bedroom and two single bedrooms with a single bed, one of which can become a double bed if necessary. There is a large veranda living room with kitchen area and a bathroom with shower; terrace equipped with table and deck chairs, barbecue corner and outdoor shower. Usable garden. It is equipped with everything you need, including an iron, satellite TV, fans, air conditioning in two bedrooms, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Private parking space.
You can easily reach scenic spots such as: Capero area, which leads to the south of the island, from where you can admire the stacks and the island of Vulcano; San Salvatore area where there is the Geophysical Observatory, another vantage point.
Nearby for some years there are swimming pools with whirlpools, open to the public during daylight hours.
I have alternatively two other houses, corresponding to the codes 6522374 (Casa Catalogna A) and 6579431 (Casa Catalogna B)

La villa è esattamente come appare nelle foto: spaziosa, luminosa e soprattutto pulita. Bellissima la vista su Vulcano ed il giardino nel quale poter grigliare e prendere il sole, vista la presenza di due lettini. Un ulteriore ringraziamento va ai proprietari gentilissimi è sempre disponibili.

Mein Mann und ich waren für 4 Tage und zum ersten Mal auf Lipari im Rahmen einer zweiwöchigen Sizilien-Rundfahrt.
Was war gut:
Concetta war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kam auch spätabends als wir unseren Wohnungsschlüssel verloren hatten und ließ uns ins Haus ohne zu murren.Sie spricht nicht viel Englisch, gibt sich aber alle Mühe.
Das Haus ist geräumig und nett und gut eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Garten waren toll zum Ausruhen, Sonnen, Essen und Lesen...(Leider kein Meerblick)
Man kann sehr gut essen in Lipari und wir hatten einen Abend mit einer kleinen Live-band und tanzenden Zuhörern auf drr Strasse, der einfach Spaß machte.
Was war nicht so toll:
Nebenan gibt es ein öffentliches Schwimmbad, welches von 10-18h mit leiser Musik unterlegt ist, die man dann auch auf der Terrasse leise hört. (Das Bad hat mehrere große Whirlpools und wird gern von Familien besucht. Schwimmen kann man nicht richtig, aber die Aussicht ist super. Leider kostet der Eintritt 25€ pro Person und Tag.)
Man braucht definitiv ein Auto oder Moped. Autos darf man nur auf die Insel mitnehmen, wenn man länger als eine Woche bleibt. Es reicht aber schon, dies zu behaupten, wenn man gefragt wird. concetta schreibt dann einen Schrieb, den man für eine eventuelle Polizeikontrolle im Auto mit sich führt. Wir hatten kein Problem. Auch das Parken im Ort war nicht schwierig.
Im Meer gibt es manchmal Quallen, die ordentlich brennen können.
Aber alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und gut erholt.
