The house is ideal for anyone looking for an airy, comfortable, individual home with privacy close to the beach (180 meters), and close to the mountain (100 meters), a place where you can enjoy your holiday with peace and quiet!

Living room with 29 inch tv, dvd, wooden sofa 3 and 2 seats, table with 06 chairs.
Balcony with barbecue and table with 6 chairs.
We do not provide bedding.

Gostaria de agradecer mais uma vez, por tudo, a casa em ordem como sempre, a Angélica muito atenciosa e sua atenção em tudo. Todos nós adoramos e recomendamos, choveu um pouco , mas aí que entra a estrutura da casa, fizemos um churrasco e nos divertimos muito. Obrigado!!!!!

Gostaríamos de dizer que a estadia foi excelente, a casa é ótima, assim como anunciado. Espaço para crianças, acomodações confortáveis, todos utensílios de cozinha, bons banheiros, ventiladores, etc., tudo funcionando perfeitamente, e como chove um pouquinho em Ubatuba, a TV também tem um papel importante. Enfim, todos adoraram a permanência.
A casa é perfeita desde a planta, mesmo com chuva as crianças tem espaço pra brincar.
Esperamos poder retornar.

Fomos para passar o Réveillon e nos surpreendemos com a organização e limpeza da casa no geral. A casa oferece tudo o que precisamos para passar as férias, até um pouco mais. Além disso, o acesso é facílimo, o condomínio fica próximo de tudo, mercados, padarias, restaurantes, farmácias, posto gasolina, praias paradisíacas, praias calmas, com mais agito, tem para todos os gostos. Sem contar que a Valquiria é super atenciosa. Nota 10! Voltaremos sem duvidas! ah! E quando ela menciona observação de pássaros, é real, tem um pavão q vai comer na sua mão, toda manha e final de tarde, no quintal da casa. Simplesmente maravilhoso! Vale a pena conferir!
