About this house rental
The house offers a large living room, with two environments. (living and dining room).
Delicious balcony with hammocks to relax.
Inside the house 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and a suite at the back of the house.
The view of the mountains is beautiful.
There are two bedrooms, one for a couple and another single bed. In the other room are two treliches.
In the suite, privacy in a spacious room.
Ceiling fan in all rooms.
Well-equipped kitchen and a barbecue area, containing another sink, refrigerator, table and chairs.
The beach is wonderful, with crystal clear waters and no pollution, and only 200m.

We spent 5 nights in this lovely little house! A short walk to the soft sands of Lagoinha beach, & you come out in the middle of the 4 mile beach so you can can walk either "up" or "down" the beach. The house provided beach chairs/umbrella, but no beach towels, so bring your own!
The house sleeps 9; 2 full beds, 4 bunks plus a twin mattress in one of the full-bed rooms. Kitchen has dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, but no no napkins (cloth or paper) or paper towels provided. Lovely fenced front yard and nice porch with table for coffee/breakfast on the porch. We spread some bread crumbs on the top of garden wall & had quite a show of beautiful birds come breakfast with us.
There is a washing machine & clothesline, but we had a little trouble getting towels/swimsuits/shoes to dry completely, might have something to do with time of year.
Water pressure was medium, but serviceable. Host was great!! Would stay here again.

O imóvel é muito bem localizado e o condomínio bem tranquilo. Acesso a praia também é bom. Como sugestão de melhoria ao proprietário, favor disponibilizar facas afiadas assim como o processador de alimentos que também estava sem fio de corte, disponibilizar também uma tábua de carne a mais. Os colchões da cama de casal estavam sem lençóis, sugiro que disponibilize travesseiros e roupas de cama/cobertores em todos os cômodos. Sobre o check-in houve um ruído em relação a entrega das chaves. No mais foi uma boa estada.
