Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer

La maison est très bien située tout en étant au calme. Plusieurs départs de randonnées à proximité. Elle est spacieuse, fonctionnelle avec une vue imprenable sur les collines verdoyantes. Les extérieurs permettent de s’installer au soleil aux divers moments de la journée ou à l’ombre suivant l’envie. La piscine, toute neuve, est un réel atout avec son espace barbecue et ses équipements de loisirs (ping-pong, fléchettes, babyfoot...). Les photos et l’annonce décrivent parfaitement les lieux. Le propriétaire est disponible, à l’écoute et réactif. Une maison dans laquelle on se sent bien !

La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif annoncé. Nous avons apprécié les grands espaces, aussi bien intérieurs qu'extérieurs ainsi que la situation, au calme et avec une vue époustouflante sur la nature. Le propriétaire est de plus très à l'écoute de ses hôtes et cela est très appréciable.

De gastheer is snel in het beantwoorden van mails voor de verhuur, maar eenmaal bij aankomst en problemen is er geen snel gehoor meer. De omschrijving van het huis is zeer summier wat betreft de slaapkamers. De vijfde slaapkamer is eigenlijk een verbreding van de gang boven waar twee bedden staan. Er is geen venster of andere vorm van verluchting. Bij aankomst bleek de wifi niet te werken. Dit probleem is niet opgelost geworden tijdens het hele verblijf van 14 dagen. Het zwembad was niet erg proper bij aankomst en is eigenlijk nooit echt goed gekomen. De onderhoudsman ter plekke is niet erg meewerkend. Het onderhoudsgerief is verouderd. De communicatie hierover met de eigenaar nadien verloopt erg stroef. Verder wel een leuk huis met vooral een geweldig terras en zalige rust.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison bien équipée, située au pied des Cévennes avec une vue magnifique sur la nature environnante. Si la décoration date quelque peu, et si l'espace piscine peut être encore aménagé pour gagner en charme, nous avons bien profité des deux belles terrasses et du confort général de la propriété !

La maison correspondait à ce que nous avions besoin en terme de pièces. La cuisine est bien équipée, possibilité de manger dehors matin midi et soir en choisissant la terrasse la mieux exposée. Seul bémol les canapés du salon qui sont inconfortables et usés..

Notre séjour sur place a été agréable, la maison est sympathique et la vue superbe! toutefois il nous a été demandé l'équivalent d'une demi nuit pour les frais de ménages et les draps, cela n'était pas dans l'annonce et on nous l'a apprit seulement une fois la réservation non remboursable effectuée. Également les serviettes ne sont pas fournies... Prévoir également une forte somme d'argent pour la caution. spéciale dédicasse aux conditions d'abritel pour poster un commentaire où ne peut figurer un montant quel qu'il soit.

Se réveiller avec le chant des cigales et prendre son petit déjeuner en terrasse avec une vue incroyable....voilà ce qui vous attend si vous séjournez aux Muriers. La villa est propre, très bien équipée et vous offre tout le comfort que vous souhaitez. Les différentes terrasses permettent de profiter du calme extérieur. La villa est bien située, non loin de différents sites touristiques : la Bambouseraie, les grottes de Trabuc, le marché nocturne d'Anduze.....bref de quoi passer un très bon séjour.

Villa offrant une vue époustouflante et qui dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Propriétaire présent à côté ce qui se révèle plutôt pratique et qui offre de bons conseils. Seul défaut: piscine hors sol qui nécessite un peu d'effort pour pouvoir en profiter (problématique seulement pour personnes âgées et les jeunes enfants). En somme, une villa qui offre un rapport qualité/prix imbattable.
