About this campground/ rv resort rental
At Camping des Charmettes everything is done for you to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends.
On site you will find 2 heated aquatic complexes with 2 splash zones children, 6 pools including a covered, jacuzzi, 500m2 of additional beaches, slides, paddling pools. These two complexes are constantly monitored by qualified lifeguards. children's clubs 1 to 14 years old, playground for children. Multi sports ground, voley and tennis court petanque court, fitness trail, mini golf and bike rental ...
Entertainment in the evening in a large air-conditioned auditorium with musical show, theme nights, children's parties ...
You will also find a small supermarket, pizzeria snack bar restaurant, laundry, tourist information office, hairdresser, beauty institute and a wellness area with spa spa.
The mobile home is fully equipped so you do not miss anything, flat screen TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fridge / freezer, oven, gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker Senseo, electric kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery. 1 high chair, & cot
To enjoy the warm weather you have a covered terrace, with a garden lounge for 6/8 people, three sunbeds and a gas griddle.

The rooms are equipped with blinds and mosquito nets, duvets and pillows, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. the bedrooms and the bathroom have electric heaters.
The mobile home is located on a plot surrounded by large hedges for the tranquility of each and close to the activities and water parks, it is very pleasant and you can walk there.
If you do not know the region you can enjoy many bike paths through the forest to beaches, horseback riding, boating ...
You will find near La Palmyre, its market, its beaches and its essential ZOO La Palmyre, you will also appreciate the many islands: islands of Oléron, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix, Bort Boyard, Ile Madame, Brouage .....
For each rental a contract is established, a deposit of 30% is required upon booking and the balance is payable 1 month before arrival.
Two checks deposit are required: one of 500 euros and one of 80 euros for the household, these 2 checks are not cashed and are returned to you within 15 days after your departure if no damage or damage to the mobile home has been found and this one is clean.
In the price of the rent is included (gas, water, electricity and tourist tax).
You are asked for a certificate of liability insurance, it is mandatory on the park.
Only Fun Pass are the responsibility of the tenant, they give you access to the Aquatic Park, Children's Club and animations

Magnifique mobil home et bien situé sur le camping rien à dire il ne manque rien pour passer un agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce mobil-homme. Il est vraiment très bien équipé ( lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro-onde, four ....), propre et très confortable. Le Mobil-homme est vraiment bien situé dans le camping à proximité des commerces, piscine et centre d'activité. L'accueil et la communication avec les propriétaires étaient parfaites pour l'arrivée dans le camping. Notre séjour était parfait avec en prime un petit cadeau de bienvenue qui fait forcément toujours plaisir !

Le logement est impeccable, propre et très bien placé au sein du camping.
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.
A quelque minutes de la plage c’est un vrai bonheur.

Un très grand Mobil home, très bien équipé, notamment quand on est en famille avec bébé. Terrasse couverte appréciable, des moustiquaires aux fenêtre des chambres bien utiles (même si pas de moustiques) et Mobil home joliment décoré. Emplacement proche du centre aquatique et du Proxi. Vélo à disposition bien agréable pour profiter des pistes cyclables ombragées et à l'écart de la route. Bref pas de mauvaises surprises, au contraire. A recommander.
