The stone villa can accommodate up to 4 people in comfortable rooms over two floors The ground floor is 45 sq.m. and includes: fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, oven), dining room for four people, and living room with comfortable corner sofa which converts easily to a comfortable double bed, TV LCD 32’,DVD player, plus a downstairs toilet shower and laundry. It has very large balconies overlooking the garden and unique sea views. The upper floor is 35 square meters and includes: bedroom with double bed, plus an upstairs toilet shower, wardrobe, small living room. There is air conditioning and large balcony with superb sea views. The furniture, curtains, covers, lighting and all accessories in each room have been carefully selected in the modern style.

Located at top of hill so views are absolutely stunning and villa really pretty and beautifully equipped. Zoe and Vakis the villa owners were so kind and helpful, Zoe often bringing us figs and grapes. We felt totally spoilt and would highly recommend this villa.

Villa Zoe was everything we could have hoped it to be. The views from both terraces were stunning. It was very clean and had everything we needed and the air conditioning was so welcome in the 30ish degree temps. we enjoyed during our stay. Our host was a wealth of knowledge about every place to go and see and the figs from the garden went down very well at breakfast. If you want peace and quiet in a beautiful villa don’t look anywhere else just book it!!!!!! you will not be disappointed. Thank you Vakis for a great holiday in Skiathos. Iain and Shelagh.

We stayed in the one bed villa which is ideal for a couple.
Enjoyed the views from the terraces most of all. Very private and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay, however, the facilities were more basic than we were expecting. Zoe and Vakis could not have been more helpful and the position of the villa was really lovely.
