About this villa rental
Villa is located on the island of Čiovo, of the city of Trogir connected by a bridge. Villa has it's own heated swimming pool with a temperature of 29-30 degrees. It is devided by two apartments, but can't be rented separately so it would be ideal for two families comming together or for a big group of people. Also, very good offer for a retirees and cyclists. In both you will find a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, terrace. There is also barbecue area. This is villa for a vacation during all year. Max occupancy is 8 adults (children are up to 10 years old)

Our family enjoyed 10 days at the villa and it was exactly what we’d hoped for. Kids loved the pool and it was a very short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary will always be a treasured memory thanks to Tamara. She was always quick to respond to messages and provided exact directions to the house. Tamara warmly greeted us, and suggested places to grocery shop, visit, and eat. Each suggestion was "spot on." The house and pool were beautiful and suited our family needs. We shall miss it all, including Obi the love bug!

What a wonderful week we have just enjoyed at this villa.
Where to start! Thank you to Tamara for offering such a fabulous property for rental. We loved every minute. Divided into an upstairs apartment and two downstairs apartments, the house also boasts a fantastic
outside living area which runs along outside the downstairs apartment – sofas, flat screen TV, dining table/chairs and fully equipped kitchen. The perfect place to congregate – in fact, we spent a great deal of time in that area and used that kitchen fully. The pool is gorgeous – well maintained and heated. The cover works really well and, when shut at night, becomes part of the outside living space (underwater lights for evening swims!). The apartments themselves are well furnished and nicely laid out, and then the upstairs balcony makes a super place for a morning coffee.
The property is toward the end of a quiet coastal road so many opportunities to pull up and drop in the sea for a dip. The house itself is then just a minute from that coast road so a very short walk down to the sea. We would note that the lead up to the house is single car width with a couple of right angle turns between houses, so people carrier length cars take care.
We very much enjoyed Ciovo island too. Slatine is quiet, with a couple of sea-side bars and a couple of excellent restaurants. We found that perfect. Trogir is just a fifteen minute drive back along the coast road – easy to park and fabulous place to visit (and have dinner)
