⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A magical place you will want to return to again and again! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Situs Katarina, and we can honestly say that this is one of those special places that stays in your heart and memory for a long time. The apartments are incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. But what impressed us the most was the huge terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday: a comfortable relaxation area, a grill/BBQ area, and, most importantly, the feeling of being completely surrounded by the sea and nature. Another huge advantage is the private entrance directly to the beach. Guests have their own dedicated spot with a private table, sun umbrella, and sun loungers. The beach is clean, cozy, and peaceful, and the sea is literally right at your doorstep. It is exactly the kind of place where you can wake up, step outside with a cup of coffee, look at the sea, and realize that you simply don’t want to go anywhere. And the views from the terrace are something truly special. They are absolutely mesmerizing. You can sit there for hours, watching the sea, listening to the waves, and simply enjoying the incredible atmosphere. But perhaps the most valuable part of this place is the people. Katarina is an incredibly open, kind, warm-hearted, and caring person. She is always ready to help and does everything she can to make her guests feel comfortable and genuinely welcome. Her family is also wonderful — very kind, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere here even warmer and more homely. Situs Katarina is not just a beautiful apartment by the sea. It is a place where you can truly relax your soul. The cleanliness, the sea, the breathtaking views, the beautiful beach, the wonderful people, and that special atmosphere make you feel as if you have found your own little paradise.

We have traveled the world and spend every summer in Croatia, but never have we come across a place as perfect as Situs Katarina. The location is simply unbeatable – with direct access to the crystal-clear sea, stunning views, and peaceful surroundings, it truly felt like paradise. What made our stay even more unforgettable were our incredible hosts: Ana, Željko, and Katarina. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome – warm, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. Ana even baked a birthday cake, and we shared beautiful moments together with food, drinks, and heartfelt conversations. The atmosphere was relaxed and natural, never intrusive – just the perfect balance of hospitality and privacy. I will truly miss the early morning swims with Ana and the serene rhythm of life at this magical place.
