NO OTHER HOME IN THE COMMUNITY PROVIDES THE VIEWS, PROXIMITY AND COMFORTS THAT THIS HOME HAS TO OFFER. Enjoy the ocean view from the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and backyard! Step through double doors in the living room or the master bedroom to two covered porches overlooking the ocean. The home accommodates 10+ people comfortably. The master bedroom, with sweeping views of the ocean, has a king sized, its private bath, and a private porch overlooking the beach and ocean. The home also has a second master bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. There are a total of three bathrooms, all recently remodeled in 2017. The dining room seats 6 at the table plus 2 more at the kitchen counter. Crib and high chair are available for small travelers.
The house has two outdoor covered seating areas to relax and watch the surf breaking on the beach. Whether it is coffee in the morning, a nice cold beer in the afternoon, or wine at night, you will enjoy the ocean breeze.
For large groups up to 22 people, we have another beautiful vacation home nearby that can accommodate another 12 people. Please inquire.

We had a wonderful time with our family and little ones! The beach is steps away, it was so private and it was beautiful Rick was very helpful and responsive every time I texted him! The amenities were bountiful! Pool toys, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards etc. pool and the house were great! Comfy beds and lots of towels. Quiet and secluded, safe community! We loved our neighbors they were so friendly and helpful! It was paradise! So picturesque ! We would definitely come back! Lots of places to eat and food was great!

A tremendous experience can be due to a single outstanding element but this is NOT the case with this marvelous place. While Mother Nature provides much of what is magical about staying at Rick's VRBO, it is his attention to the details that his guest appreciate that stands out. Not only was the home - for that is how it feels! - well appointed, comfortable, well maintained, and perfectly situated, it was filled with all the little extras that turn a good visit into a great one. This 4 bedroom, 3 (full) bath home has a fantastic pool, efficient air conditioning, a nicely laid out kitchen (complete with accessories to cook your own fresh meals), an abundance of towels for both the nearby beach (just 79 steps to the sand and surf from the front door) and for bathing, beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, a grill, and a much appreciated washer and dryer. The neighbors were kind, polite, and provided a daily parade of their sweet doggies as they made their way to the nature preserve NEXT DOOR! Rick was available for our questions and was a valuable source of information about the local food scene!
