Sea Breeze's is an elegant 2-bedroom, 3-bath coastal retreat in the charming village of Tremont, just minutes from Acadia National Park and 3 miles to the center of Southwest Harbor. The home features an open concept living kitchen area with cozy wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, and a spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom. This bedroom features 2 twin beds, full bath and seating area. The downstairs primary suite offers a king bed and luxurious walk-in dual head glass shower. A front deck off the living room provides outdoor dining seating, perfect for waterfront meals or sunrise coffee. Outside, enjoy beautifully landscaped grounds with Adirondack chairs, a hammock, shared waterfront dock access, kayaks and rowboat and an outdoor shower for rinsing off. Sea Breeze's is the perfect place to relax and unwind on the quiet side of Mount Desert Island.

Sea Breezes was perfect for our week long stay. We enjoyed the fabulous sunrises & evening cocktails on the deck, beautifully landscaped grounds, & the comfortable & well furnished accommodations. It was very quiet & peaceful, we especially enjoyed seeing the tide come in/out, and hearing loons, geese, & gulls.

We loved our time at Sea Breezes and were not ready to come home! Such a quiet peaceful setting with easy access to Acadia. We had the best time exploring during the day and then enjoying the stunning views in the evening. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! Waking up to sunshine and incredible views made our stay absolutely perfect. We enjoyed getting out on the peaceful harbor with the kayak and rowboat. We are so thankful for this beautiful cottage on the Quiet side of the island. The cottage was just wonderful, clean, great location, and the grounds were amazing. Thank you!

This is a wonderful area and property. We felt very safe. The pantry was well stocked as well as the lovely dishes available. The view was amazing. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The only thing is if it is put up for sale I could easily live there. Thank you
