The property was more spacious than we expected it to be. The location is quiet and secure. We enjoyed the pool and spending time by the fireplace in the evening. Everything you need for a perfect getaway is there. We had an amazing time as a family of three and would recommend staying at the Retreat.
The kitchen is on the first floor, so having some outdoor tableware available in the area where the BBQ is stored would have been helpful. The check-out time is also quite early, an additional hour would have made it easier to tidy up and clean before departure.

Very comfortable and spacious and so quiet; we slept wonderfully
No drying rack despite access to a very nice washing machine

House is beautiful and in a great location , really peaceful and very comfortable.
The shower is tempremental/faulty which hosts were aware of but hadn't rectified before our stay. The shower went from boiling to freezing and lacked power.
Check out 10am prompt - felt rushed for a Sunday morning.
