Beautiful tropical themed totally private yard, Private swimming pool and exceptional spa. High quality king beds plus a queen Murphy bed.. Fantastic vintage furnishings. Kitchen is fixtured with everything you could possibly need. Price is based on double occupancy. 55" TV ( LR ) 48" (MBR). Great quiet Sun Lakes location. 4 golf courses and clubhouses in the community.

We rented this home for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the owner’s comfortable home. Trevor provides all the amenities a long-term renter could possibly need. We had no issues, but he is quick to respond if needed.
The back patio is a lush oasis, with heated pool and spa and and cozy fire pit.
In beautiful Sun Lakes community, this home provides access to all the activities as well.
