- The optional community amenities are available with an additional $250 fee, paid to the Sun Lakes HOA. In order to use the amenities, at least one guest must fill out a Sun Lakes rental form and present it to the HOA office upon arrival. The golf course fee is separate from this

- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front entrance facing the driveway, and camera 2 is on the corner of the house facing the back entrances. The house was very nice. We noticed the upstairs bedroom and master bedroom receive the majority of the heat. If you like to cook be ready to purchase all you need. This house keeps no condiments or supplies. It has all the right pots and pans.It was very clean and the backyard was nice.

Virginia is more than a 5 star. She answered all questions and a joy to work with. The house was excellent, location spectacular. The putting green was a great touch, and the poker table. Will definitely consider this place for next year

The HOA has the most rude, hostile persons working at check in. The amenities (pool, tennis courts, pickleball, golf) were not available to us as the HOA group claimed the property was not part of the country club; which, of course, it was. The owners and contact person were excellent. The house could have been cleaner when we arrived; the floors were not mopped. Overall disappointing as we were looking forward to the pool and down time in the sun.
