Beach access #73 across the street! Easy Parking!

Great place. Exactly as it states. Easy check in. We did need more toilet paper.

The beach was so close just right across the street like advertised. Quick reply back if we had any questions. Very clean and nice to have a pool.

If you're contemplating just save yourself some time.. BOOK IT (just not on my date )!!! You won't be disappointed! First off the location is everything!!!! The beach is right across the street but still visible from the front deck! It's within minutes from everything, multiple grocery stores, a dollar general a few streets behind the condo. It's right next to Alvin's island but is separated by a creek so you don't even know it's there! The pool is really nice I couldn't get the kids out of it. The water was warm and it was never crowded. There are two outdoor showers one at the pool and one at the entrance of the condominium. The condo was just as pictured but better in person! It was immaculate! The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, toaster, blender (a huge plus for my husband who was recovering from stomach surgery) a roll of paper towels , 2 dishwasher pods, and dishrags. The wifi was a plus for my older two kids, there are two twin bunks in the hall wall with really nice mattresses( not the thin cot pads I've seen in big name resorts) and the matress in the bedroom.....OMG!! Absolutely hands down the BEST sleep I think I've ever gotten!!! My husband told me to see what brand it was but it was covered in several mattress covers so I gave up after the third zipper . There's a washer and dryer in the closet in the bedroom and you will need to bring your own laundry soap. There's also another closet next to the bed stocked with towels, extra blankets, beach chairs, beach toys, a tent, and a baby highchair! The sofa in the living room pulls out to a full/queen sized bed and the A/c works like a charm! The bedroom has a sliding glass door that walks out to the private deck that looks out over a small nature preserve that my five year old couldn't get enough of! There was a racoon in the tree directly below us that gave us quite a show as we were winding down our first night. The frogs put on quite a show after sunset but surprisingly you can't hear them inside! The residents were so welcoming and took the time to mingle with my family rooting my kids on while they practiced their swim moves, prayed with my husband, and offered to help carry our belongings from the beach. It felt like home but with better views! It is the perfect place for families or people wanting to experience the natural beauty of the beach without all the chaos!! Holly was so hospitable and we can't wait to come back!! I'll never stay anywhere else!!!
