Second story townhome/condo with great view of the beach across the street. Spend your resting time having a beverage, while looking out over the Gulf. Convenient Blinking Light Crosswalk for easy beach access. Just park right in front of the unit and walk up the steps. No elevators, on quiet west end of PCB. just 5 minutes to Pier Park. Nice sand washing station to rinse of salt and sand from the beach right in front. About 2 Minute Walk To The Beach., access #72. Quiet guest swimming pool with lounging area. Clean, roomy and comfortable for 6 guests in nice family friend neighborhood.
Xfinity cable TV, free internet, King bed in master bedroom, two fulls beds in loft, vaulted ceiling, 2 full baths. Convenient to Thomas Donut Shop-Ice Cream & Pizza, Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar and Carousel Specialty Foods, in addition to Winn-Dixie, all only about 1 mile away.
Southwind, on Front Beach Rd, (no elevator) across from the beach. Beautiful views. Steps from the beach access, No worries finding a parking spot, walk from front door to beach! Resort has pickleball court, horseshoe Pitt, putting green, covered picnic area and charcoal grills! Please be aware guests must provide their own equipment for these items. Location is perfect for local restaurants around the corner and Pier Park is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, pier fishing, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Frank Brown Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, WonderWorks, all of our local miniature Golf Parks & go karts tracks are not to be missed. Scuba diving offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, deep sea fishing or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby at the Conservation Park. Always something to do and somethings worth doing twice.

Restaurants include Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Panera Bread, Back Porch Seafood House, Buffalo's and many others. Property is directly across the street from beach with a crosswalk. Short walking distance. Beautifully decorated.Communication with management was excellent. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, instead of paying higher prices to be right on the beach, we were mere steps away. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our kids aged 17, 14 and 11. We could be spread out when we needed a breather but could all be in the same room too. The unit did not have any beach chairs, but so many places to go to get your own so keep that in mind. Management was always in contact and super friendly which made the stay so much less stressful!
