Mini studio apt.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The hosts were amazing. Thanks so much for everything, Christos and Efi.

I love everything.

Our host, Christos, is a real treasure, he helped us numerous times, gave good advices and we had a nice chat about just everything. The room has a big and beautiful terrace, nicely decorated, the location is perfect, so close to the sea, that you can hear the noise of the waves at night. There was a shadow in the garden for the car. We also enjoyed the kitchen, which had everything. We even cooked a pizza last morning and it was perfect! :) The bathroom is big and evrything was fine. We had a wifi router in the room, so the connection was strong, the internet was just normal for Greece, nothing special, but good. Our verdict: we shall go there again, when possible!

An AC (mains) socket at the terrace would be a nice solution for our ever growing fleet of electronic devices, laptops, etc. A real air-condition might be good in some cases, although the propeller at the ceiling almost replaces it.

Very nice location and great to be able to walk across the road for a swim.It’s as described- vintage” very 70s feel- which I really like but in reality it is old and the electrics really need sorting- too many extensions and cables . Not important for me but would fail electrical safety. Certainly not unusual a few years ago at around €25 per night but at €60 a bit off. Owner has installed fly screens 👍Wifi good speed, failed once but sorted by the owner quickly. Nice garden and great to have front balcony and rear walkway/ washline table chairs etc. It’s a strange area in a way with the abandoned nightclub near and the camping / beach bar nearby Great for the airport 30 mins drive after our tour Thessaloniki Meteora Pelion

Busier road occasionally than expected , to be honest expensive for what it is but times have changed and B. Com charge 15% ? Kitchen and bathroom dated but functional. Glad no neighbours as balcony effectively shared- better if screened

Το διαμέρισμα είχε να καθαριστεί πάρα πολύ καιρό και στο πάτωμα είχε παντού χνούδια και τρίχες. Δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός οπότε το βράδυ έκανε πάρα πολύ κρύο και δεν υπήρχε τρόπος να το ζεστάνεις. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπάρχει ντους οπότε τα νερά πήγαιναν παντού και δεν στέγνωναν ποτέ. Καφετιέρα δεν υπήρχε στο διαμέρισμα
